Here at VE, we want you to feel 100% comfortable purchasing our awesome blue light glasses! We are proud to offer our customers a 30-day money back guarantee!

If you feel like the glasses have not been effective at all in blocking blue light, simply email our team ( and we can start the return and refund process. If we do not receive any refund email request from you within 30 days of delivery of your order, we will assume that you're another satisfied customer enjoying the benefits of our glasses.

How to Start the Refund Process

In order to process your refund request, we'll need you to return the product back to us. To start the process, simply email our support team with your order number requesting the refund. Our team will verify your order and send you an email notification once the request is authorized (Please do not attempt to send any products back to us without the authorization notification email). A refund can only be requested for products purchased on and must be started within 30 days from your order delivery date. We cannot accept refund requests if you purchased using an affiliates discount code as the commission to the affiliate has already been processed.

Once authorized, please ship the product to the address provided in the authorization notification email. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance options. We do not take responsibility for items we do not receive or the cost of return shipping.

After we receive the return product, we will finish processing your refund immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund amount to deposit into your bank account (this is the average processing time for most banks).

How to Cancel an Order

If you decide that you would like to cancel your order, please contact our team ( immediately. If we have already shipped the order, we will try our best to contact the currier and request to have the package shipped back to us (If we cannot, then you will need follow the refund request process).

Lifetime Warranty on Manufacturing Damages

We offer a lifetime warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact our team ( if this applies to your order. Please do not tamper with the glasses trying to fix the defect as this will void the warranty (gluing, taping, etc). Due to recent scamming of "spontaneous" frame cracking (we have thousands of pairs in our warehouses and not a single pair has spontaneously cracked apart, ever).. we will require all warranty claims to go through the return process so we can inspect the defects. Our warranty does not cover damages due to anything outside of material defects and workmanship.
