How Long Will Shipping Take?

We currently average 6-15 day shipping outside of the US and 3-5 day shipping within the US. Please allow 1-3 working days processing time.

What Will I Be Charged for Shipping?

You will receive an email when your order ships (be sure to check your SPAM folder). Please contact us (support@victoriouseyewear.com) if you have not received a shipping notification email beyond 5 days, we will work fast to figure out what the issue may be. The most common reason for a processing delay is an incomplete or invalid shipping address. Please be sure to enter your information in English.

If you have not received your order within 45 business days after getting the shipping notification email, please contact us with your order number and we will resolve the issue by either refunding or re-shipping your order.
